Please help me raise money for Capital Region Go Red for Women.

As a Son, Father, Brother, Uncle, Nephew and partner of women I love, could not think of a better organization to support. This is WHY I’ve joined the fight against heart disease and stroke in support of the Capital Region Go Red for Women campaign as a Men Go Red for Women champion. For many of us, we’ve adopted unhealthy habits as we’ve coped with the past two years, taking a toll on our physical health and mental well-being. In fact, more than half of Americans report that COVID-19 has impacted their mental well-being due to stress and worry. Please join me as we unite for American Heart Month to Reclaim Our Rhythm— because losing even one person to cardiovascular disease is too many!
